When using the library catalog, you can limit your search for titles to a specific format such as DVD, audio books, or eBooks*. Here is a step-by-step guide for finding a DVD using the catalog:

Step 1: Go to the Delaware Libraries homepage or the Delaware Library Catalog website.

Step 2: Enter the movie title into the search box and click on the search button.

Step 3: You will see all of the search results for the title including books, eBooks, audiobooks, and DVDs. To limit your search to only DVDs, select "video" from the drop-down menu on the left of the screen, and then click on the search button to update your results.

Step 4: Your title will appear in DVD format and Blu-ray when available.

Step 5: To place a hold on a DVD or Blu-ray click on the "Place Hold" link to the right of the catalog item, enter your library card number and PIN, and then select the branch where you would like to pick up your movie. The system will notify you when your video is ready for pick up.
