Students, faculty, and staff of Wilmington University have the ability to request materials not owned by the Library. 

Check the Delaware Library Catalog first to see if a book or other material is available from another library within the Delaware Library Catalog system.

Once you have identified a desired item in the catalog, you may “Place a Hold” (request) an item by logging into the catalog and choosing the preferred library location for pickup. Materials can be picked up at either the Wilmington University New Castle Site Library or the Dover Public Library.

If you need a journal article or material not owned by a Delaware Library, we can make a request to other libraries through the Interlibrary Loan service. We use a system called ILLiad for all interlibrary loan requests.
