- Uploading PDFs from licensed databases to publicly accessible sites (LibGuides) is especially problematic because these materials are copyright protected. Please contact Library Director, Dr. Jim McCloskey with any questions pertaining to copyright or fair use.
- Providing a persistent link or “permalink” to the article could provide a scaffolded learning opportunity for students and faculty to practice logging in and downloading articles while also accessing the citation information in most cases.
