Using the WU Library
Alumni wishing to visit a library or learning commons facility must first obtain an Alumni ID badge from Campus Safety. Fill out the Alumni/Non-Student ID Card Application Form below to request an Alumni ID badge.
WU Library Borrowing
Wilmington University Alumni are able to apply to borrow library-owned materials. Please use the Borrowing Privileges Application below to request borrowing privileges. The Library circulation policy can be viewed here for more information.
Access to Research Databases
Alumni are able to access our research databases by visiting one of our campuses. A Wilmington University Alumni ID must be obtained first by Campus Safety in order to gain access to the Library.
Note: Access from off-campus is not available for Alumni due to licensing restrictions.
RefWorks Access
Students can keep their RefWorks account after graduation by selecting the Alumni option from the Profile/Role section of the Settings page. It's also possible to transfer your RefWorks account to a new school. Use the link below to start this process.
