The Kent County Mobile Library stops at Bylers (Rte 8) on Tuesdays from 2-3 pm, weekly.  It will be off-road the week of Labor Day (September 6-10) and then will be on its Fall Schedule.  In the Fall, the weekly stop at Bylers is from 3-4 pm on Tuesdays. The mobile unit is a drop-off point for Delaware public library materials.  It has a small browsing collection, Wi-Fi hotspot, computer workstation, and patrons may place holds to pick up on location.  Any Delaware public library card is accepted onboard the mobile library.  The unit carries no cash, so fines/fees must be addressed at a library building.
