  1. My home library is Claymont. Do we have the hoopla service or not? A search returned an ebook offered on hoopla, but I cannot access the service because the library is not listed (nor are many of the local libraries).

  2. Hi CarolAnn-thanks for reaching out and asking about hoopla! Since it is offered statewide, individual libraries are not listed. During registration, please search for Delaware Libraries, and then click on Delaware Libraries, Dover, DE.
