For our OverDrive collection, you are allowed 7 checkouts and can place 10 items on hold at any given time. Both limits are needed in order to minimize the holds queue and also the wait time for the hold items.
For our hoopla eMedia platform, you are allowed 4 checkouts per month* (which resets on the 1st of every month).
*Bonus Borrows! A collection of over 1,100 titles that are available, across all formats and will NOT count against borrow limits! Bonus Borrows are offered 4 times a year and are scheduled for February, May, August, and November!!!

Due to budget constraints, digital licenses on electronic materials from OverDrive and borrows allowed through hoopla that Delaware Division of Libraries can acquire and offer are limited each fiscal year.
