Please note that this is specifically for those who do not already have a library card/library account with any of the Delaware Libraries. (If you do not remember whether you have a library card set up, please submit a question here on Ask a Librarian Delaware or contact your local library and we'd be happy to check.)

Please note this is a virtual card to use with digital/online resources; no physical card will be mailed. To upgrade to a full service, physical library card, please contact the library location that is most convenient for you. Here is a list of libraries in the consortium.
