Q. How do I return a talking book player or talking book cartridge without the original box?

There are a few different ways to return items to the Delaware Library Access Services:

1. Return items to public libraries – A list of public libraries can be found here or via the Delaware Libraries Mobile App.
2. Personally return the item to Delaware Division of Libraries in Dover at: 121 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard North, Dover, DE 19901 or with the downloadable address card.
3. Call 1-800-282-8676, where DLAS can provide information on sending items back.
4. Email any questions you may have to debph@lib.de.us.
