Your Wilmington University ID Card is all you need to borrow materials from the Library.

After identifying a library-owned item in the online catalog, simply write down the call number to locate the item on the shelf. If you need help finding an item, please ask a Library staff member.

Bring the item to the front desk and present your University ID card to check the item out.

To obtain a University ID card, please go to the 1st floor of the Doberstein Admissions Center (DAC Building) in New Castle or the Wilmington University administrative offices at your site.

Online students do not need a physical ID Card to borrow Library materials. For information on Material Delivery use the link below.

  1. How do out-of-state students get a Wilmington University ID Card?? I would like one for several reasons, one being discounts students receive. I am from Southern California, and I am unable to leave the area to go onto any campuses. So is this even a possibility?
Perhaps, I can send a picture (Face Shot), and it can be placed on the ID card and mailed out to me?
