Thank you for contacting us using Ask a Librarian DE. The card number you're using in Libby, and have entered here, is recorded as Lost in our system, as of 2/3/2019. You received another card with a different number at that time, which is the one you should be using. The new card expired on on the 3rd of this month; you can renew it online through our catalog (https://dlc.lib.de.us/client/en_US/default), via telephone, or in person at the library.
If your old card number was coded into Libby, you will need to change your settings in the app. If you drop by the Information Desk on your next visit to Elsmere, we can help you with the process.
